Maria Eugênia Bodra atua em casos complexos que envolvem a área de direito sanitário e sua intersecção com o direito econômico. A perspectiva do direito econômico sanitário possibilita compreender, criticar e contribuir para o aprimoramento da regulação dos setores da saúde considerando a crescente complexidade das relações público-privadas, a necessidade de se proteger a segurança jurídica e o objetivo fundamental de se garantir a saúde a todos, como direito individual e coletivo. Por isso, o escritório atua na elaboração de consultas e pareceres que envolvem pesquisas multidisciplinares e exigem a constante atualização do conhecimento acadêmico. Neste campo, tratamos de temas como saúde suplementar, sistema único de saúde, políticas públicas de saúde, direitos humanos e direitos internacionais no âmbito da saúde, políticas de saúde global e o recente tema da saúde digital.

A advogada Maria Eugênia Ferraz do Amaral Bodra possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade de São Paulo (1996) e mestrado em Direito Comercial pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2008). LLM Global Health Law and International Institutions pela Georgetown University (Washington DC) e Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Genebra - 2009-2010). É Doutora pela Faculdade de Direito USP e Pesquisadora do Napdisa - Núcleo de Pesquisa em Direito Sanitário da USP. É coordenadora executiva do Grupo de Estudos de Direito Sanitário da Faculdade de Saúde Pública da USP.

Maria Eugênia Bodra has been working in complex cases involving the area of health law and its intersection with economic law. The perspective of the economic health law makes it possible to understand, to criticize and to contribute to improving the regulation of the health sector, considering the increasing complexity of public-private relations, the need to protect legal certainty and the fundamental objective of guaranteeing health to everyone as an individual and collective right. For this reason, the firm acts in the elaboration of consultations and opinions that involve multidisciplinary research and demand the constant updating of academic knowledge. In this field, we deal with topics such as private health insurance, public health system, public health policies, human rights and international rights in the field of health, global health policies and the recent digital health.

Master degree in Corporate Law from Catholic University of São Paulo Law School (PUC/SP), and LL.M. in Global Health Law and International Institutions from Georgetown University School of Law (Washington D.C.- USA) and Graduate Institute of Development and International Studies (Geneva - Switzerland).
